Terms and Notices

These terms describe the public website and the current Monely iPhone app experience reflected on this site. Last updated on March 29, 2026.

Website use

This website is a static information surface for Monely. You may browse, share, and reference the public pages for product, privacy, and support information. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or present the site as your own product surface.

App use

Monely is an iPhone finance app designed for receipt capture, finance tracking, report review, asset snapshots, and shared-ledger workflows. Your use of the app is still subject to the platform rules, store terms, and device permissions that apply where the app is distributed.

You remain responsible for reviewing your own entries, backups, exports, and collaboration settings. The app is a productivity tool, not a substitute for accounting, tax, legal, or regulated financial advice.

AI and OCR output

Monely can use OCR and user-initiated AI analysis to turn receipt text into structured results. OCR, classification, and AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Users should verify important fields, especially totals, merchants, dates, categories, and any downstream automation based on those values.

Market data

Asset tracking features can use third-party market-data providers. Prices, freshness windows, and provider availability can change over time. Asset views in Monely are for record-keeping and visibility, not investment advice, trading signals, or a promise of real-time execution quality.

Availability and third-party services

Some Monely features depend on device services, Apple platform APIs, or configured third-party endpoints such as collaboration backends, analysis services, or market-data providers. Those services can change, rate-limit, or become unavailable. The product experience may evolve as those dependencies change.

Changes and updates

Monely may update the site, hosted pages, or product behavior over time. When public-facing terms or notices change materially, update this page and the date at the top so the live site remains aligned with the current product build.

Use the hosted privacy policy for data-handling statements and the hosted support page for product guidance. Those pages are intended to ship with the same static deployment as this terms page.
